Please follow the Enrollment Instructions below to become an electronic submitter to Washington Medicaid.
Required Documents/Process for those applying for new Submitter IDs
In order to be able to submit claims electronically to WA Medicaid, you must be enrolled with their ProviderOne system, and complete the following form:
1. Trading Partner Agreement
Please complete page 7 with your name and signature in the Submitter section and mail to the address on the form.

Once you have completed registration and have your User ID and Password, please call the ClaimShuttle Support Team at 602-439-2525 for help with MB Setup and Testing.
