Iowa Medicaid: Noridian

Please follow the Enrollment Instructions below to become an electronic submitter for Iowa Medicaid by Noridian Adminstrative Services.


All providers must first register for Noridian’s EDISS Connect site.

Once you have established your EDISS Connect account, please log in.

  • You must download and submit the required forms

  • Once done, click on “Manage Transactions” you will see “testing required” next to the transactions that require testing

  • Click the link that says “testing required” and it will allow you to browse until you find your test file.

  • Submit your test claims. It may take up to 48 hours before the system indicates if you have “passed” or “failed”


Once you have passed testing please contact Noridian and verify if you are approved to submit production files.


We can now process 276/277 requests (claim status). If this is a transaction you would like to utilize please make sure to enroll with the payer.



Once you have your Submitter ID and Password from Noridian and are approved to send production files please call the ClaimShuttle Support Team at 602-439-2525 Option 1. We will assist you with setting up your Mailbox and your first transmission.
