Hawaii Mainland Administrators (HMA)
Please complete the following enrollment instructions if you wish to submit electronic claims directly to HMA (Payer ID 86066).
In order to send electronic claims to HMA, you must obtain a Login and Password for this site: www.hcrdata.com
You will need to contact them at 702-735-5525 and register for a logon id and password for FCRnet.
Let them know you will be using it to send electronic claims directly to HMA, Payer ID 86066. Please make sure to indicate to them whether you will be sending Professional (837P) or Institutional (837I) claims.
Waiting for a Response
Once you have submitted your enrollment HMA will process your request. Processing will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt.
After processing, a confirmation will be sent to you as notification to begin filing claims electronically. If neither confirmation nor a response is received after two weeks, contact the HMA Support Center at 702-735-5525.
Once you have received your Submitter ID and Password from HMA, please call the ClaimShuttle Support Team at 602-439-2525 option 1 and set an appointment for a Mailbox setup. No Testing is required for this Payer but we will assist you with setting up the Mailbox and your first transmission.
