Daylight Savings

Our Helpdesk Team is located in Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix, AZ does not observe Daylight Savings therefore as other states adjust their time during the Fall and Spring Seasons, AZ does not. During the Fall & Winter months our business hours fall in line with the Mountain Standard Time states and during the Spring & Summer months our business hours fall in line with the Pacific Standard Time states.

When all other states Fall back one hour this coming Sunday, November 2, 2014 Phoenix, AZ will be on Mountain Standard Time (We are currently on PST until then).

Our business hours for support beginning November 2, 2014 til Spring will be Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm MST.

Office closure for the Labor Day Holiday

Our office will be closed on Monday September 1, 2014 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. You may still access the system and send and receive files however our support, sales, and administrative staff will not be able to respond to messages or calls during our closure. We will re-open on Tuesday September 2, 2014 at 6am PST.
