Our SolAce and ClaimShuttle Systems will be offline for Emergency Maintenance beginning at 3pm EST today, 2/8/17. The maintenance is estimated to take between 8 to 12 hours.

Once the systems are back online, we will post the system status on this page.

New Year Holiday

Our office will be closed at 3pm MST on Friday 12/30 and will be closed on Monday 1/2 in observance of the New Year Holiday. We will re-open on Tuesday 1/3 at 6am MST.

File exchanges will continue during our closure however, our helpdesk staff will not be available. For URGENT issues regarding system access during our closure, please send an email to support@claimshuttle.com with the Subject Line: "URGENT" .
